Called first to get an estimate, and got the bait and switch. Was told a price with and without parts. Got my parts at Rockauto, and took the car in to get a timing belt, water pump, and tensioner replaced. Got a call and was told my drive belts were cracked and needed to be replaced. I had checked them and knew they were 75% gone. I told him to go ahead, and should have gotten a price. $67 for three belts that I could have bought for $8 each.
