I liked this place until today, 4/22/2022. Joanna is RUDE! And she is the cause of them losing a client. It seems there is no management there, which is why she feels it is okay to be rude to the people that contribute to her paycheck. Without us, Joanna, there is no need for you . Look at the reply ( from someone that was not even there). And , actually , the “ pet desk app”, DID work. I was told by Joanna..” there are several requests, you are not our only client”! Sad ! Very unprofessional!
We've taken our pets to Lancers Square for over 15 years. The vets, assistants, and front desk ladies have been helpful, caring and knowledgeable. They've accommodated us when we had emergencies. We've had to say goodbye to 2 of our cats, and both times, the whole staff made it easier to bear by being kind and compassionate. You won't find a better team in the metroplex.
I'm very happy using them as my local vet. I've been a few times over the last year or so and have never had to wait long after my scheduled appointments. The staff has always been kind, quick (yet thorough), and professional. I feel like they keep my dog in good hands and I'm confident in their abilities.
