I wish you could give zero stars. Claimants know your rights !!!! In my case the claims adjuster assigned to my case never contacted me; however, within a day the bus company owner was interviewed and they admitted fault (which was clear because camera's and witnesses captured the falls). I had more information on the negligence of the driver; however, was never given the opportunity to share such documentation.
