Absolutely everything was just fantastic
Lancer catered a wedding I photographed at Science Museum of Minnesota! The couple opted for a mashed potato bar and it was DELICIOUS!
Poor customer service for trying to get ahold of anyone at this location. They do not answer the phone! Been on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get ahold of someone!!! Use any other catering business that actually picks up their phone.
Lancer was the caterer at my wedding at the Minnesota Zoo. From the beginning to the end we were extremely happy with them! We were blown away by the food at our initial tasting - I couldn't stop eating the cavatappi and the pork medallions - and our Event Manager Lindsay was wonderful, working with us to incorporate every little change until the final day. And to add even more excitement, our wedding took place during the worst April blizzard in Minneapolis history - but that didn't stop Lindsay and her team from showing up... read more
