Dreckige Bettwäsche und dreckige Handtücher. Sauberkeit im Hotel ist schlimm. In der Lobby standen Abfälle! Beim Checkin konnte man fast nichts verstehen da dort auch grad die Happy Hour stattfand. Wenn jemand auf der Strasse redet dann hört man das im Zimmer! Nie wieder!

Hotel is nice and in a good location. Staff were pleasant. Although when returning to our room after midnight there was a loud noise coming from the ceiling that sounded like an exhaust fan. This was very loud and made it very difficult to sleep. When reception was notified they seemed aware of this issue and said there wasn’t much they could do. They did offer to move us to another room, but as it was late, and we were tired and unpacked it was not practical. We raised the issue again when checking out and staff said they w... read more
