The hotel itself is fine. Unfortunately, I had to lower my rating by two stars because of the room cleaning service. We’re out every day until around 3 or 4 pm, and the room is very rarely serviced. We put the sign out each time, but it’s still not cleaned. Then, the moment we return to the room, housekeeping knocks to ask if we’d like it done. It almost feels like they’re waiting for us to come back. This was quite frustrating and took away from an otherwise decent stay.
We have just had the pleasure of spending 14 nights at Lancemore Crossley. This was one of our favourite holidays, from booking, arrival, during our stay and departure. The team are proud of their role within the group, it is seen by the the attentiveness to the guest, the rooms. They are friendly, rooms clean and large in size. The breakfast provided was amazing and happy hour was a way to get other guests socialise. Greta stay!! First time, second time smaller room, room in need of repair / paint job. Disappointed given the price.
