Great Hotel, Fabulous Location, Fantastic Service. Have just spent 4 nights at the Lancemore Crossley Street Melbourne and very impressed. Location is quiet but located close to all attractions. The highlight of the rooms are the beds and pillows, the bed is so comfy and two different types of pillows and a pillow menu if the 2 provided dont suit. The staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed very happy to work there which is a great sign it's a good hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and the overall ambience was lovely and unique too, with an arty feel. The location is amazing, close to trams, easy walk to many places and fantastic food right there. Amenities and cleaning were well done. Everything worked properly.
