Owner has poor character and if something is ever a choice between quality and cost... the former is the one getting cut to benefit the latter. Its shameful, that he also doesn’t pay his employees enough ie. Minimum wage. You get what you pay for.

¡Terrible! ¡Terrible! This Company Called Lancelot's is has terrible service they have me waiting today from 12 noon to 2 pm and right now is 3 a hour later and nobody have showed up and call me I really don't recommend this company I am very upset my time is valuable and then never had call me to let me know if they're going to be late. I will give a zero to this company, very in responsible it seems like most of the Plumbers have a bad reputation of not showing up our not calling customers back.
