These aren't even condominiums, this is literally an apartment complex. The buildings REEK of mold and dust as soon as you walk in. The apartment I saw this morning was poorly maintained and had "the landlord special" just about everywhere you can think of including the bathroom, closets, all the doors, and walls. The space was extremely small, and it looked like a studio apartment disguised as a "2 bedroom" apartment with some walls added for separation. I've lived here for 9 years and jesus the last yr to a yr a half sucks. The hot water hasn't been consistently working for over a week in my building and it's Saturday and they've known for over a week something is wrong and yeah sure they're having someone come on Monday but it's Saturday. I had the water running for 45 minutes until I finally broke and took the coldest effing shower in my life. I'm so over it and I wish I could move out
