I've lived here for 9 years and jesus the last yr to a yr a half sucks. The hot water hasn't been consistently working for over a week in my building and it's Saturday and they've known for over a week something is wrong and yeah sure they're having someone come on Monday but it's Saturday. I had the water running for 45 minutes until I finally broke and took the coldest effing shower in my life. I'm so over it and I wish I could move out

i lived here for under a year. Due to the hoarder below us, it was a playground for mice and roaches
Cannot get a better location to live, most any store or places to eat are so close you can even walk to them
If you don't need to sleep and love loud neighbors with kids running & screaming all day, then this is the place for you! The floors/ceilings are not insulated at all so you will always know exactly where your upstairs neighbors are at all times! Tenants are treated like peasants if you are not the owner and management will not help you unless you talk to your landlord first!
