I gave this a 4-star because our case is still in process. While no attorney can guarantee an outcome, but attorney's are able to make clear what that process can look like, Lance has done that for us so far. Update****** On Monday, December 15,2025 my wife decided to message Joe Hart KRNV since neither her or I could get a hold of Lance. That same day Joe Hart called Lance’s office with no response. The next day 12/16/2025 Joe Hart Attempted to call Lance again and this time spoke with his assistant. Ironically, 12/16/2025 AFTER Joe hart leaves a message with his assistant, is when Lance White FINALLY reaches back out to my wife. He claimed he “sent” emails. Lance, you’ve been avoiding any communication with me. I retained you 9/30/2025 and you haven’t done any work. I terminated your representation 11/20/2025 due to the lack of communication and you not doing anything at all. You have not responded to any email or returned any calls or any kind of follow up. I am just trying to get my $3500 retainer back that you did not earn and are unethically keeping. You know how to contact me. -Tim
