Lance Trantham is a top notch certified builder. I knew nothing about construction. He held my hand every step of the way. I very quickly trusted him. He never let me down and always looked out for my best interest. He stands behind his work and takes pride in everything that he does. Great guy all around.

We have worked with Lance Trantham over the past 15 years on a variety of projects and have been pleased with every single project. He's attention to detail is great and his approach to each one has been very personal. I have never worried about how something is going to work out when Lance is the general contractor.
