I found this plumbing company online when I needed repairs on a couple of toilets. I sent an email and got a very fast reply letting me know someone would call to go over the issue. Shortly after that, Clinton called, listened to the plumbing problem, and scheduled a service visit a few days later since it was not an emergency. On the appointment day, Tristan arrived right on time and was professional, honest, and friendly. He clearly explained what was wrong with the toilets, showed me the parts that were causing the issue... read more

Our garbage disposal rusted through on the bottom, and dirty sink water started pouring into the cabinet under the kitchen sink. It quickly turned into a messy plumbing problem, so we called Lance & Sons Plumbing for help. Donovan was able to come out the very next day, which was a huge relief. He was professional, friendly, and efficient, and he called ahead to let me know when he was on the way instead of just arriving sometime during a service window. He checked the disposal, explained the issue clearly, and went over o... read more

Donovan was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We had a small leak at one of our washer shutoff valves and thought the whole valve would need to be replaced. He was honest, professional, and had the integrity to recommend the simple fix instead of pushing a co... read more

SO happy we ended up calling Lance & Sons Plumbing. We first reached out to another plumber who sounded fine, but they could not come out for a day or two. We had a bad clog in the main sewer line, and wastewater was backing up near the front steps whenever we ran water or flushed the toilet. jordan and jacob arrived within about an hour with the right plumbing equipment and service trucks, quickly pumped out the line, and cleared the blockage. They were very professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knew sewer and drain wo... read more

I highly recommend this plumbing company. After a major flood, the crew handled my parents’ basement plumbing work during the rebuild in Arvada. The whole basement had filled almost to the ceiling, and they used modern plumbing methods, including flexible piping designed to help prevent burst lines. They also installed a sewer backflow prevention valve between the city sewer line and the home’s plumbing system, so if the main line ever backed up, it would not come into the house. That extra protection made a huge differenc... read more
