My water heater started leaking and left a big mess all over my finished basement floor. I called the plumbers I always rely on, and they really delivered once again. Lance & Sons Plumbing took care of all the plumbing issues in my bathroom and did a fantastic job, even better than I expected! I had been dealing with leaky pipes and clogged drains for a long time, and whenever I called other handymen, the fixes never lasted. Tristan and the team, including Jacob and Jordan in the office, were always ready to answer our questions. Tristan kept in touch with us by phone and video call to update us on every step of installing our new sewer pipes. They made sure our landscaping and fencing were well protected during the whole process. The crew scheduled us quickly, showed up on time or even early, and finished the work before the expected date. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

I had a problem with my water heater when we weren't getting any hot water. I looked up water heater repair in Arvada and found Lance & Sons Plumbing. I filled out their online form and explained my situation. Clinton called me back within an hour and listened to my issue. He let me know that someone would come out the next day by 10am to fix the water heater. At 9:50 I got a text that my plumber, Jacob, was on his way.
