We requested a new outlet installation to replace an old hard-wired electric range connection, and the electricians handled it very well. Jacob and Donovan were friendly, professional, and arrived early enough to finish the wiring before the new range delivery. They explained the electrical work clearly, kept everything neat, and made the upgrade from hard-wired to outlet connection smooth and simple. The service was completed as promised, and the final cost matched the quote with no surprises.

Working with the electrician was easy from start to finish. I was able to schedule service quickly, and Donovan arrived on time, was friendly, and explained everything in simple terms. We have an older home in Bloomington, and he had no problem working around the cellar, crawl space, and an aging electrical panel. He found the issue with our outlets, traced it back to worn parts and breakers that were no longer tripping properly, and made the repairs safely. He also cleaned up some wiring inside the breaker box and replaced ... read more
