His legal representation has been highly unsatisfactory. Despite being hired to assist a family member in a legal matter, the lawyer failed to provide any meaningful representation. The lawyer accepted the retainer and failed to contribute to the case in any way. I hired John Martine and got handed down to this man and was told my case was “open and shut” everything indeed was until Lance took over. $13,000 later this man accomplished nothing, gave nothing but bad advice, poor knowledge of the law, showed up to court which he advised was needed and was unprepared. Stated his laptop died. Just sat there. Zero knowledge of my case. This man is a fraud.
