Extremely poor service. GPS hardly do what they're suppose to do there and staff are very slow processing work or getting back to patients. After being patient number 28 waiting on the line since 8 am by 8.29 am receptionist tells me there are no appointments for my 13 years old boy whose v poorly and kept off school today to be seen. She says "try again tomorrow" when have we become so insensitive and inconsiderate ? This isn't a competition to "try again" seriously disappointed
GP was not compassionate and took time to talk to teenage son, ensuring he understood.
The reception staff are gruff and need training in how to handle the general public. They are impolite and do not have good communication skills. It’s a shame but they do not represent the NHS at its best. The reception staff could take some mentoring from the phamacy team who are connected to the surgery. They look twice as busy but are 10 times more polite and efficient.
