Lance Kirtley is an awesome agent whom I highly recommend. He has been my agent for about 5 years and I have had nothing but positive experiences. He and his staff provide exceptional customer service. They are responsive and very helpful. I had a couple of unique situations where I needed coverage for a very short period of time and needed it immediately. His staff really alleviated a lot of stress by assisting me with a sense of urgency and going above and beyond to get proof of coverage to other parties. They also were understanding and worked with me during COVID when I was temporarily unemployed and I could never thank them enough for making life a little easier at such a difficult time.
