***WARNING*** Do NOT go here if you expect reasonable care and professionalism. I made an appointment specifically to ask about reversing a procedure I had years ago. Of course I didn’t get to see the doctor but explained everything to the PA and she told me she would get back to me. Weeks later after playing phone tag with Rebecca, I was told I needed to come back for another appointment to talk to the doctor. While calling to make an appointment, the ai receptionist transferred me to another line, who transferred me to another ai receptionist, who then transferred me to a 3rd party scheduling company who then wanted in-depth details of why I would like to schedule with Dr. Jackson. I was then told I would be scheduled with an audiologist first and then later I will be permitted to have an appointment with the Dr requested. My ears are in pain, I don’t care if I can’t hear.
