I truly enjoyed the building process of my home. Not only was it beautiful and great quality, I worked hand in hand with Vanessa the project manager. She gave me the opportunity to infuse myself into the decor! Vanessa runs a tight ship to ensure your home not only meets but exceeds the standards! I’m so pleased with my home from top to bottom. The neighborhood is warm and welcoming!

My wife and I bought a new build from them and the house is amazing. We bought early in the build process and we're able to pick alot of the features. Easy process and great quality.

Absolutely loved using Lance Friday homes. Vanessa and Barney were amazing to work with, and felt like family. They were so professional, and helpful. We were able to pick out every detail of our house, and they made the process simple. They’ll give you a binder at the end with every detail about your home. The communication was great between them. I definitely recommend this builder!
