Lance was so easy to work with. Within an hour of my first phone call to him, he was at the house to check it out. While there, he noticed a water leak and called me and asked if I wanted him to shut off the water. We really appreciated that he took the time to take care of that for us. It was such a smooth transaction all the way through.
