This man is a one stop shop. He is amazing and reliable. I purchased a home through him without even stepping foot inside it and felt comfortable and assured I was making a great decision. Lance had the inspection completed and had everything on the list completed without question. I will definitely recommend his service to everyone I know.

His proactive approach saved me an incredible amount of stress. Lance worked diligently in finding us the perfect beach house . He went the extra mile and sent us videos, when we couldn’t make it down, ran cost analysis and kept us well informed of any new listing ! He really made us feel like he was a friend helping old friends!
