While cycling in the Park City, Ut. area, I was struck from behind by an inattentive driver and suffered multiple injuries including having my triceps tendon in my arm torn from the bone requiring surgery and a brace for three months. They set up an appointment with me, had me sit and relive the traumatic experience in detail, send in photos of the whole thing just to call me a day and a half before the appointment to inform me they “ weren’t interested “ in taking my case… I would have to assume it’s because they wouldn’t get enough money out of it… that or it’s because i couldn’t provide the insurance information for the company in question so they would have had to do too much work….
