Terrible terrible terrible service you cannot get an appointment they do not care about the welfare of animal they’re just too busy and when you get an appointment you sit in the waiting room for hours because they forget about you Marie Lance is a sack
Referred in 2016 to Lance by Dachshund rescue group. First few years went well—doctors took time for questions, most of front desk generally pleasant, techs were polite and good with dogs, and good experience when we had to euthanize. As years went on, visits more rushed, couldn’t get in to see doctor we started with, one particular front desk worker was regularly rude, and still doing only curbside as of 4/2022. Beware, one of their vets has zero regard for aseptic technique and carries her toddler on her back while performing surgery on your pet. She even posts on her social media about it. Incredibly upsetting as things can turn quickly for a pet if something goes wrong. Having a child strapped to your back while performing surgery is unprofessional and irresponsible.

RecommendedI live in Dacula most of the time but was up at our lake house during the stay at home co19 virus and my golden developed a double ear infection. They took me in cane to the car wore masks and gloves. No contact was made and they were kind, explained everything, gave me choices. I felt very welcome. I will definitely use them again when we are up here full time. Great staff.
Dr Marie has taken care of many of our dogs, I would recommend her highly to anyone!! Her dedication and love for animals surpasses that of many vets I’ve seen ..
There never on time for your appointment, and could us a good cleaning.There expensive.
The staff here are the best I’ve ever seen with animals. They are very professional and want your pet to have the best visit possible and make sure they are thorough in their evaluations. Very pleased with our experience. My dog loved the staff and wasn’t anxious once they greeted him. Well done!!!
