My wife made herself an appointment 3 months in advance and confirmed it 3 weeks before the appointment. Week of the appointment they didn't call to confirm, we get there and after waiting 45 minutes she is told that we "weren't on the schedule or even in the system" when questioned about it the receptionist was rude and the other receptionist said " we're still not seeing them today" thinking she was out of earshot. Office staff is the worst that I have ever encountered very unpleasant.
This single-handedly has been the worst "doctor" I have ever seen in my entire life. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. First off, I had an appointment scheduled 2 months in advance. Got there at 9am, was seen at 11am to be told "oh sorry, you were in squeezed in" what a joke. Next, I came here for a second opinion regarding bloodwork I had done + PCOS symptoms. An overall wonderful experience! A same day appointment was available & the wait time after arriving was less than 10 mins. The staff was extremely kind, informative, and friendly. I felt very comfortable and welcomed, I will definitely recommend to friends and family!
