I have been seeing Dr Read for months now after an injury that required a total joint replacement of my TMJ. He is the kindest surgeon I have ever met and stayed on top of the entire process. I am now just over 2 weeks post op and slowly but surely working on healing. Dr Read has gone above and beyond to ensure that my surgery went without a hitch and explained away all of my anxiety and fear. If you are in need of an amazing oral surgeon look no further. His nurses and staff are amazing as well!

Dr. Read was on call last night and came into the Emergency Room for me. I had a tooth removed earlier in the day and it simply would not coagulate and stop bleeding profusely. Dr. Read is a specialist and immediately found the problem. He administered aid and added several stitches. I am in his debt and thank him.
Avoid this surgeon and Baylor Scott and White, they have a speak up program, don’t use it, it is their way of ridding them of patients that ask too many questions. Dr. Read totally abandoned me as a patient a couple of days prior to surgery. Yes 100% insurance coverage, not a charity case. This is the most unorganized and unprofessional clinic I have ever been a patient of. The rooms are dirty, staff and assistants are rude and unprofessional. Avoid Dr. Read and this hospital
