It's not enough room here to express my frustration with this establishment. The lack of common courtesy, professionalism and tact was unbelievable. I wish I had never booked services with this establishment and wasted money on a deposit.
Jamie is absolutely amazing! I’ve had lash lifts/tints by other people and there is no comparison! I always leave happy and enjoy talking to her while she does my lashes
I use to come here to get my eyebrows tinted when Khadijah was working. Khadijah was very nice and I’m sad that she left. Yesterday, I met the owner, and she was the total opposite. I have allergies and asthma, and I cough a lot especially if the air is dry. While I was waiting in the lobby, I started coughing, and all of a sudden the door swung open, and a lady was throwing a mask at me saying, “Girl here! Jamie was the best!! First time getting lashes done by her and it was a great experience. Very gentle kind and funny. Cant wait to come back!!
They don’t like us n hate us deep down while we paying their bills sound crazy huh but it’s the truth .
