It's fine. The parking lot is atrocious. The apartments next door make me nervous to walk at night. But my neighbors are great and it's quiet. Edit: This is a few years later and the HOA prices are out of control. There have been fires and everyone has to pay. When I moved in it was about 140. Now it's almost $400 A MONTH!!
