We called them when my mom became very ill at home. The two men who showed up were friendly, caring and professional. They treated my mom very kindly. We couldn’t have had a better experience.

Excellent, professional service from people who care. I hope never to need an ambulance again, but if I do, I hope to be in Lancaster.

I saw another review on here and just had to comment. Guess I'm not the only one. They asked where I wanted to go and instead took me to a different awful hospital. They were making accusing side comments that were unfounded. I was going into diabetic comma and they were suggesting I might be drunk or on alcohol. I'm a grandmother watching my sick little grandson and in shock and this is how I was treated. Tottaly disgusted with this service !!!!

TL:DR - Never utilize this service. A paid ambulance company touting as though they are a volunteer service and treating every single one of their employees like dirt for the sake of monetary gain. This service should be shut down, it's employees should unionize, and the "president" should be paraded around town as the immoral clown that he is.
