Perhaps the worst office staff and website in the medical profession . Oh and try to call them on the phone ! Good luck with that
I’ve been a patient for a number of years, for a variety of issues. Most recently, I was there last week for a kidney stone. This is the third time I’ve had one. The staff from check in to check out has always been so kind, friendly and compassionate. I saw Dr Miller last week and he actually showed me the CT scan of the kidney stone and how it’s causing a blockage and inflammation, it was neat. I had an excellent experience. All staff, from check-in to check-out and all in between were kind, efficient, friendly and helpful. Dr. Del Terzo took all the time in the world with me, explaining things in detail & an understanding manner. I left with a good plan and a way forward.
Not impressed! Husband is still waiting for an appointment for an X-ray and a study. Was told he's on the list. Poorly run office! Very disappointing!
