In for inspection. Quick turnaround of vehicle. Video report from technician a great service.
Poor Service standards and Poor customer service. Had the vehicle in to service an issue twice in less than 7 months for the same issue. Paid a ridiculous amount of money both times. Brought the car back from the latest "FIX" of the issue and two weeks later it is having the same problem. Not willing to refund or admit they didn't fix the problem both times. Don't waste your money ant Lancaster Toyota. Go to another dealership. The only reason I gave them one star is because you can't chose "0" stars!
It's disappointing that this service center would need to add extra unnecessary services to their inspections. I have tires on my vehicle with a tread depth reading of 4/32" and 5/32" , however they recommend I replace them. Btw, minimum to pass is 2/32". I have had a wheel alignment from this dealership 4 months ago, yet they are recommending an alignment. Fortunately those items could be declined. However, the windshield wipers on my car, silicone wipers I put on 16 months ago, still in very good condition, fail inspection... read more
