I went to pick up my vehicle and Colin and the guy who has the desk next to him were really rude and douchey. Talked to us like we were stupid and then were obviously talking about us after the fact and didn’t even try to hide it. Won’t be taking my car here again if that’s what I have to deal with.
These people are great with your car service. I had no low beams in the frigid artic weather. I took it to service building and a quick look with agent he recommended a quick easy fix before they work on car. I was impressed that they don't just write up order and push you in line. The quick fix worked and saved me 100's of dollars.
Excellent service and very thorough vehicle inspections.
Always a pleasant experience at Lancaster Toyota. Kurt is great to deal with. Had a Service Bulletin taken care of for a wiring harness. Tech did a great job.
