Worst storage facility I’ve ever used I rented unit #37 and only had my belongings there for 4 days before I found an apartment and went to move everything out. That’s when the nightmare started. There was rodent droppings everywhere. My belongings—especially clothes—were soaked, smelled terrible, and appeared to have water and animal (likely rodent or cat) urine damage. I’ve used a few storage facilities before, and Lancaster Storage is by far the best. The property is always well-maintained, and access is easy. We’ve been here over a year now and couldn’t imagine a better location for our storage needs. Rachel is always quick to respond and so helpful
