NO Communication I gave Mike a glass panel from a customer of mine for him to reproduce. Over six months with no word. I've been calling and emailing for over 2 months and have not heard back once. This puts me in a bad spot with my customer!
The job was started and never completed. After 7 months of waiting and with multiple attempts contacting them, we have given up on having them replace the broken stained glass on the vestibule doors of our church.
