Extremely unprofessional salesmen. There insurance mechanics at waltham mechanical are just as bad and lazy. I bought a car from here and it lasted less than 2 months before it was in and out of Waltham mechanical for a year til I was worth absolutely nothing. Buy a car literally anywhere else.
Recently purchased from Paul at Lancaster. Saw their ad in a local car magazine. Visited their website and saw something I liked. Sent a message asking for availability and a test drive via their website - at about 430pm. I got a call from Paul about 15 minutes later and a test drive was arranged for the next day. Met Paul next day. He was friendly and easy to get along with. Actually they are very cunning. I bought the car two years ago and have never used the back up key. When I lost my key and just remembered that I have one backup, but it doesn’t work. Because it doesn’t have the chip. I used to meet Paul once but he was so afraid to see me and run away. At that time I should realize that I was tricked by him.
Just had look around nothing interested me.Just as well I didn't see something I like the owner ,did seem interested in me to busy talking to a friend. But the guy was with was trying to get his car problem sorted
