Lancaster Red Rose Credit Union is the most absolutely horrendous bank I've ever encountered. I've had the account for 3 months and have spent the past month and a half dealing with their more than lacking customer service. They're uncaring, non responsive, and are severely lacking in internal communication. They've placed me in less than comfortable situations in the last week due to their incompetence. Would never suggest this bank to anyone. Please share to help others avoid the same struggles.
