John was AMAZING! I had a few leaks and he was on it! He came at the time he said... Was very professional! I will be calling John for all my plumbing needs!!! Thank you so much!!!!
we needed our sump pump replaced and a sink installed in the garage. After several outrageous quotes, a friend referred us to John and Lancaster Plumbing/Pipeworks. John was prompt, polite and informative. He explained what, why and how of his proposal. The work was performed in half the time of the other quotes, the clean up after was excellent and everything works perfectly (it has been a couple of months). I would highly recommend John and his crew for any plumbing needs! Thanks for great customer service!
