Only good for pedicures honestly. Went to get my eyebrows done and they were done horribly . She was too worried about being fast instead of checking her work . Left over wax on my face and all .
HORRIBLE service!!! 3 of my finger nails got infected & I ended up having to go to my dermatologist for fungal treatment all from them using dirty tools!! Please be aware of this filthy place. If I could rate it ZERO stars I would. Definitely do not recommend.
New to the area. Horrible experience!!!! Bad customer service! They harass you to get more than what you ask for! Even when you say no multiple times. Money hungry, owner trying to bribe me to pay before they rendered service. And they messed up my daughter’s eyebrows. To keep the peace I paid and will never return
I absolutely loved my service; it was amazing, soothing, and just relaxing overall. I was a bit scared and skeptical to come, given some of the reviews, but I'm so glad I did! Tracy did my pedicure, and she was incredibly sweet and accommodating. My French tips came out so cute, and the staff was welcoming and respectful. It's definitely a great nail place to come to in Lancaster!
Been here twice now and love it!! The gal's remembered me from my first visit, and greeted me like a regular. Both times I came in the evening after work and they got me right in. They were patient with me trying to describe the look and colors I wanted and made sure to accommodate. I'm from Colorado and travel for work so it's wonderful to be able to feel welcomed and get this great service. I will definitely be going there again before I leave and if I'm back this way it'll be on my go to list.
