Joanne at their showroom was very experienced and helpful in setting up my mom for a hospital bed and other aids to daily living. Their installation team were on time, professional and so quick to install the bed in under an hour (in an independent living apartment). 2 days for purchase to delivery, and lucky for us, my mother ended up getting discharged from the hospital the same day. She’s very happy with the bed. Thank you for your help.

I have had several fantastic experiences with the Lancaster Mobility team over the past few years and would highly recommend them. When something goes wrong with the power wheelchair I rely on, it's a huge peace of mind to know that I can call Lancaster Mobility and they'll help. Whenever I have the opportunity, I suggest Lancaster as the place to go for your mobility equipment needs.

Amazing service, would highly recommend! From the beginning, communication through Debbie was clear, helpful, and empathetic. The serviceman, Jason, was fast, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Could not have asked for a better experience. They went above and beyond; I would highly recommend Lancaster Mobility to anybody looking for support.
