We had a fantastic experience at Lancaster Mitsubishi in Singleton. Both myself and my partner work full time and had limited time to make it to the dealership and often we were arriving close to closing time,Never did we feel rushed or pushed and all the staff were so lovely. We love our new car so much. Thank you to Jack, Jed and Ivy for such great customer service and making it so seamless.
The worst dealership
Honestly one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with, was wanting a car serviced (brake system) was quoted it is a 1hr job at workshop rates, when I arrived car whent in, was then told it is a further 2 hrs to diagnose plus parts which I know it doesn't need which I 100% know they didn't remove a tyre or even check brake system on the car, I just don't have a scan tool to reset the cars ecm, so job whent from 1hr, upto 3 hrs + parts, i was firstly looking at just under $200 upto $791, I don't know anyone with xray vi... read more
Have my vehicle serviced at Lancaster Mitsubishi Singleton since new, never had any problems with the triton, the staff are very helpful and friendly, would recommend this company,
