I’ve had Dr. Kuehnling since childhood until my insurance changed in my teens. He was a great Dr. I have him now and he still is amazing to work with. The problem? Nobody answers the phone in a reasonable time. It’s not 10 minutes, it’s at least a 40 minute wait every time I call. No idea why it’s so hard to contact the people responsible for helping me stay healthy. Currently have been on hold an hour and a half. Again, great Dr. but whoever answers the phone is either understaffed or grossly incompetent.
Dr. William R. Kuehnling has helped me tremendously with my panic disorder and sleeping disorders he really listens and cares about his patients. He did what many other doctors refused to do for me which was simply listen and help. Because of him my sleep has improved 100 percent and I'm no longer having daily panic attacks.
Amazing Dr!! But trying to get thru to the office - forget it! No one ever answers the phone- I was on the phone for 3 hours listening to horrible music and no one ever picked up.
Office manager is nuts
Dr Kuehnling carelessly prescribed my elderly mother with early dementia antidepressants and a muscle relaxer concoction. He’s worse than MJs doctor.
