GPs are nice and respects people from overseas and different culture background. Bulk Billing and referral to specialist is also nice and bulk billing. Excellent service and professional skills++.
The doctors are very good, especially Dr. Huma Ajmal, who provides excellent care and is highly professional. However, the appointment system needs significant improvement. I had a scheduled phone appointment, but after waiting for over 1 hour and 40 minutes, I still didn't receive the call and eventually had to cancel the appointment. Patients' time should be respected, and appointments should be managed more efficiently. Improving punctuality and communication would greatly enhance the overall patient experience.
The atmosphere is nice, the seating is comfortable, and the wait time isnt much.
