The doctors are very good, especially Dr. Huma Ajmal, who provides excellent care and is highly professional. However, the appointment system needs significant improvement. I had a scheduled phone appointment, but after waiting for over 1 hour and 40 minutes, I still didn't receive the call and eventually had to cancel the appointment. Patients' time should be respected, and appointments should be managed more efficiently. Improving punctuality and communication would greatly enhance the overall patient experience.
The atmosphere is nice, the seating is comfortable, and the wait time isnt much.
Extremely happy with everything about Lancaster Medical Centre. All the doctors are caring and thorough and the ladies are reception are always welcoming (thanks Deb you always make me feel important and not just a number). Thank you Dr Huma you have an amazing team of doctors. To others that complain about waiting times, all clinics have waiting times and I have found this clinic better than others. Maybe the person before you had more of a problem than your own, we need to have patience.

Everything is good, but if we have book an tele appointment we are not being called on that exact time..so i think it would be great if we are called on time thankyou.
