Dr Sadra Saeed and the other staff were excellent. However I had a very bad experience through Dr Nadeem, who asked me to go to and get an iron infusion done through a private hospital which has costed me like 700AUD and they Re still reaching me for more money. When this could have been performed in the Lancaster Medicare Centre and costed me like 100 or 200 bu ks Max. Very bad experience and I am amazed too see a Dr could provide this much misguidance
Very happy with this medical clinic, Dr. Nadeem Arif who has been my doctor for many years is here, if you need a doctor who is thorough and really listens then this is your GP. Very trustworthy and professional. I also found the staff very friendly,helpful and lovely.
Rude reception .. waited 50 mins today for scheduled appointment and upon asking reception how long will it take till we can be seen .. rude white reception lady said its monday, what do you expect and walked off nodding head I have never had such a terrible experience.. doctors are knowledgeable but they ll lose patients if customer service stays like this. I understand they might be busy but replying politely wont hurt anyone
If I could give Lancaster Medical Centre more than 5 stars I would. Dr Amjal is a beautiful lady who is kind, caring and empathetic. She listened and was not dismissive like so many other GP's in a busy practice are. Dr Amjal's daughter was on reception and is also studying to be a doctor. Both of these ladies are a blessing and I wish them only the very, very best.
Despite explaining the situation, the doctors at the center refused to see my 13-month-old daughter due to a Medicare card issue. They wouldn't accommodate my request to resolve the issue later and instead asked us to leave. I'm shocked and disappointed by the treatment I received from the doctors.
