Very profession and carefully explained all the details of his test procedure. A very nice person who I am had a pleasure to meet and interact with today.
This was a terrible experience and felt like a complete money grab. I was forced to pay three times for the same test. Every visit, they claimed the test failed due to dust on the window. Even after cleaning exactly as expected, they still failed it. On the third attempt, they told me to paint the test area—and magically, the test passed. It’s hard not to believe this was done intentionally to charge me again and again. I ended up paying around $600 for a 3-bedroom apartment, which is outrageous.
