I totally wanted to give them the benefit of a doubt and after giving them some chances to make things right on a new car we purchased a few months ago from this dealership, it's been nothing but underwhelming and disappointing service. The service department is unorganized and incompetent. The manner in which the service manager spoke to me was reprehensible. He was disrespectful and has no sense of customer service skills what-so-ever. He spoke to me like a piece of trash! The previous service manager was totally different, she was a great listener and cared about her customers. Unfortunately, we're currently living in a Pandemic of rudeness and disgraceful behavior. First time at Lancaster Kia for an oil change and tire rotation. Excellent service, professional staff, quick service! Easy to make appointments online ahead of time. Comfortable waiting room with complementary water and coffee. They offer a free car wash after a service appointment which is a nice perk! Credit card payments are subject to an additional surcharge.
This was my first time at Lancaster Kia. I needed an oil change. They were extremely professional and friendly. I have chosen this dealership for future service.
Great service. Kind people. My car was toast and they told me that they’d give me $100 but if I called the junkers I’d get much more.
