Lancaster Kia is where I get my Kia serviced. Today, I needed an oil change. They were extremely professional, polite, and friendly. They always go above and beyond to give you the best!!
They forgot to give me the lugnut when I first bought my car, to deal with a flat tire, and had to deal with the stress of not only towing it, but having to wait for it to be done as if I don’t have to go to work. I’m fuming. The least they can do is ensure that these things are in the vehicle. Also no one contacted me after it was dropped off.
The service manager should be replaced!!! If you read all revirws here, all negative regarding service department. Manager Do not know what good costumer service is. I have my kia forte booked but unfortunately the person who i have comunicated was away due to family emergencies. I then dealt with the service manager. I took him for a ride to demonstrate what needs to be inspected. With out even inspecting it, he was very dismissive. Very pushy on what he says about whats wrong with my car. Stating its the struts.
