I spent $1,377.60 to fix a problem with my vehicle. They replaced a module and I was told that if the problem reoccurs, not to worry .. the part is under warranty. A week later the problem starts happening again. I took it back. I told them they wasted my money by replacing module. They charged me a further $380 and used some other excuse for the fault. The problem is in fact worse than it was before I took it to them. I've spoken with people in my area since, and have heard so many bad reviews about Lancaster Singleton.
Don’t purchase a second hand car from this place . I brought my car from them less than 12 months ago and during that time the car has needed countless repairs and was told on several occasions from mechanics I’ve had to take the car to that all the issues were “band aided” by the dealer just to sell the car . Issues including oil leaks , flat battery within 2 weeks of owning it , steering column repair after 1 month of purchase , just to name a few .
