We recently bought a condo from Lancaster Homes in Oshawa (Charing Cross). The finished work was amazing and we like the way they handed the unit over to us— detailed and professional. We noticed hot water not being hot enough which was quickly resolved the next morning. After 6 months we found a stain on the ceiling, in which I emailed them about. I recently purchased a Charing Cross condominium in Oshawa, I’m really happy with the builder. Even with the final closing, I had difficulties to get the mortgage. But they were so patient with the time and giving me extensions. I rented that condominium and my tenant noticed water dripping from the floor above, once I emailed the customer care team. When you pay for upgraded materials you expect good quality products. Stop taking advantage of people when good money is spent and correct the damage. Since August we’ve asked for kitchen cupboards to be cleaned up or repaired. The stain and paint is unsightly and DOES NOT COME OFF.
