I recently purchased a Charing Cross condominium in Oshawa, I’m really happy with the builder. Even with the final closing, I had difficulties to get the mortgage. But they were so patient with the time and giving me extensions. I rented that condominium and my tenant noticed water dripping from the floor above, once I emailed the customer care team. I am very satisfied with my condo at Charing Cross, and Lancaster Homes provides outstanding customer care service with a professional approach to handling repair matters efficiently.
When you pay for upgraded materials you expect good quality products. Stop taking advantage of people when good money is spent and correct the damage. Since August we’ve asked for kitchen cupboards to be cleaned up or repaired. The stain and paint is unsightly and DOES NOT COME OFF.
