They are very unreliable, they take forever to fix problems, unless the substitute matenance guy happened to stop by and do the minor repairs, nothing gets done in a timely fashion. MOST of the staff are rude and unfeeling.
If you need a cheep place, with occasional problems move here. Otherwise not recommended.
Horrible! if you have standards, please do not rent from here. They do not have maintenance for the residents! They do not up keep the properties AT ALL.
They are very nice people to rent from
