I got the gastric bypass, and I have trouble getting my protein. The shakes, waffles, cookies, donuts, and hot shakes are so delicious. You must also try the teas.
After retirement weight gain started taking a toll on my body, so I asked my family doc for a dietician/nutritionist referral. My doc referred me to Jessica Shenk at Lancaster Health Nutrition and Diabetes Center.The Center is located on Duke Street but they offer plenty of free parking and an entrance at the rear of their office building. I normally don’t write reviews but this was terrible, I got to my appointment and was given attitude from the minute the doctor Kimberly Fry walks in. She was extremely unprofessional and the appointment wasn’t for me it was for my 10 YEAR OLD daughter I’m astonished at how she made it to be a nutritionist that can let alone work with kids.
