On a Friday afternoon a customer approached me and told me the toilet wasn't flushing. We're open 7 days of the week, so having a restroom down is always a huge issue. Made contact with Daniel Glenaman, Handyman and made an appointment to have basement windows looked at and to receive a quote/estimate. He never showed up for the estimate, never called to let me know he wasn't coming and hasn't returned several calls since then. (Mr. Walters set up everything)
This guy is beyond trust worthy and capable. I travel out of town and can’t oversee things that are being done. But my wife is usually alone with who ever shows up to do work. He was more than respectful and considerate with my family while I was out of town. That is great in its self. He also was pointing out things to better our heating situation which didn’t make him anymore money, but was simply looking out for us. His work was fantastic and I will forever recommend and use him moving forward.
