Sat for 9 ½ hours and still had not even been placed into a room I left because I was sick of sitting there and waiting. Apparently they need ro either hire more employees, better manage their time, design a whole new approach to how they take care of patients cuz this place is the crappiest emergency room I have ever saw.
Went in on a Friday night for a dislocated shoulder, everyone worker together effectively and kindly and helped me walk out of there with a smile on my face! Thanks to Mickey McDonough CRNP for confident & kind care!
I was very happy with my most recent trip into Lancaster General emergency room. Everybody was very professional and very quick to address my issues. I felt the doctor that was on call was very attentive by checking in on me frequently. He tried to explain things for me to understand. Overall, I cannot say anything bad about this hospital or any doctor or nurse or other affiliate. I was brought in by ambulance and upon discharge the hospital called a taxi for me to get home.
