Si tiene una emergencia no vallas a este hospital porque puedes morir en la sala de espera. Yo fuy con mi niña de 5 años con fiebre y después de 6 horas de espera sin que nos viera ningún medico desidi irme a otro lado y aun así nos pasaron la factura realmente una estafa es lo q son

This is where hope dies in the waiting room. More than 9 hour waiting times. Doesn’t matter.if you have to fast for tests or possible surgery.

My experience in the ER was alright, although on provider was poor in my opinion. However, it came to my attention that this hospital engages in fraudulent practices and will double bill insurances (in my case TriCare and VA). Even if you explicitly state which insurance should be billed, they will bill both (looking at two separate bills in my mail) and then the provider themselves will bill again whoever they like. Sloppy at best, illegal at worst and odd that it happened multiple times.

The staff was friendly and attentive. However, the services of the emergency room were awful. It took 8 hours to hear results from blood work just to be sent home for more testing because it got too late in the early morning to get the extra test done. They easily could have done the tests in the afternoon. The new emergency room was filthy and falling apart. It needed to be mopped badly and was in extreme need of sanitation of the devices and bathrooms. The vending machines are too overpriced and need to have items for all ... read more
