Genuinely baffled by the lack of professionalism and care at this location. My husband was treated by a nurse with a terrible attitude while I sat in the waiting room and watched the staff member at the desk make personal phone calls and watch tiktoks while patients were waiting to check in. We were told my husband’s prescription would be ready in an hour. 6 hours later we arrive to the pharmacy to find out they never sent the prescription over…to the pharmacy that is 10 feet away. Terrible experience. Andrea checked us in gave us attitude because it was 8:30 and they closed at 9. Daughter was having an allergic reaction P.A was in and out and nurses “double teamed” to basically rush us out since they closed at 9. On our way out asked Andrea again if we needed anything ir good to go. She mumbled under her breath good to go and was packing her stuff up to leave. Went to the urgent care and got a flu test. Staff was nice, but I get a bill for $974.00. So basically a flu test cost $1000.00. I would not recommend going here unless you are willing to pay thousands for a $20 test that you can get at CVS. Wish I could give 0 stars
I went here for what should have been a simple diagnosis of an infected finger which they got completely wrong. Diagnosed the issue as a viral infection, prescribed meds which did not work. After a considerable amount of continued pain I went to a different urgent care (not LGH) where they immediately diagnosed the issue as a bacterial infection, prescribed the correct meds, and the issue was resolved. Will never return as the Dr.'s are incompetent.
I will never return to this facility. After waiting two hours to be seen for flu symptoms, I was charged over $600 by the facility for the flu test alone. And I have decent insurance!
