Staff is excellent and fast moving!
I have been to Norlanco urgent care many times and have always been very happy. But last week Fèbruary 13 was a huge exception.i brought my granddaughter there. She got a flu b diagnosis. My husband insisted I be checked since I'd been coughing for weeks. In January I was put on antibiotics and steroids for possible starting of pneumonia. Went thru the drug regimen and wasn't much better. The PA knew I had taken pneumonia medication but said my lungs were clear. I have never had anything but good experiences visiting this Urgent Care facility. My most recent visit, this morning, was no exception. I was processed upon my arrival. Both young women at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. I was taken to an exam room in a timely fashion by yet another friendly staff member. Karan Dhungal was the PA assigned to my visit. He listened intently, asked questions and did not rush through the exam. I appreciated his kindness and left the appointment feeling satisfied and more at ease.
I called in to ask some questions about a medical condition I am experiencing and the person who answered the phone was rude and curt from the beginning. She didn’t introduce herself first of all which is a red flag for customer service. She talked over me and interrupted when I tried to ask questions. We’ve been here a few times and every time have had great care. They have gotten our family in quickly and been either the reassurance we needed or the help we needed each time.
