I was running a bit late for my first appointment at this office due to getting stuck behind several amish buggies. My appointment email said it was an hour. I tried calling to let them know and received an answering service because my apt was apparently scheduled an hour before the office hours start? I absolutely LOVE Dr. Chiota-McCollum!!! I am 43 and has a stroke in December with a hospital stay. My first neuro at another hospital and practice was horrible and put a bad taste in my mouth, but Dr. Chiota-McCollum makes me feel seen and heard. She is never ever in a rush, you know she is FULLY focused on you and your care as a patient. If she doesn't know something she is honest and tells you ,but then finds an answer or a provider that can assist me.
