It took me to the Lancaster General Health Heart Clinic with plenty of parking including handicapped.
I normally go here to have lab and blood work done. The check in folks that sit at the desks are normally not very friendly. For some strange reason they seem to have bad attitudes. They act like they are annoyed or bothered by people coming there. I would suggest that they find other jobs if they can't be courteous and friendly. Maybe training would help.
The lab technician needs to relearn the technique of blood drawing.
Wow. Photo from 8 hours later. Unnecessary roughness by phlebotomy and I specifically asked this team of two to use a small butterfy needle so it hurts less. Instead they select the widest butterly needle they can find. I say this blood draw is hurting me and zero response. Not using their lab services again.
Professional, friendly, and compassionate staff. There are lab services, testing services, and various Cardiolgist specialists located at this location. It is a clean, tasteful environment. You are asked to answer Covid questions as you enter the building lobby. Yes you are required to wear a mask and follow Covid distancing.
