You should be able to give a zero star rating, Had a vehicle serviced, only to get it back dripping oil from the chassis rails on my garage floor, to then be apologised to & offered 2 free car wash tokens, to try and keep happy yet couldn't do it right the first time. After sales service is appalling, also tried to book in for a warranty issue, to be told can't supply a loan vehicle ,if i need a loan car to ring ford Australia. dealership out of town able to accommodate me without a problem. I'm half way through buying a Raptor. So far great people Fred the salesman is brilliant. Very helpful, if he didn't know he went to find out. Didn't tell you what you wanted to hear just told you what he knew. They are keeping me very informed on accessories fitting and even let me look at it in the workshop. Unlike another Ford dealer in Rutherford that took 2 and a half months to tell me my car had been ordered after I threatened to buy else where.
